Who makes HabitRix
HabitRix is built by two developers. Omar Tamimi is a senior Android developer. He builds the Android app and writes the guides on this website. Mohamed Elatabany builds the iPhone and iPad app. iPhone and Android users can share one room.
Why we built it
Most habit trackers are private checklists. Research on goal monitoring finds that progress tracking works better when you report it to other people (Harkin et al., 2016). HabitRix makes that the default: create a room for one habit, invite the people you trust, and check in every day where they can see it.

HabitRix is not HabitShare
HabitShare (habitshareapp.com) is a different app by another developer. We are not related to it. Our app's store name is "Habit Share: HabitRix" and our website is habitshare.app. See the full comparison.
